Brand & Oppenheimer (“B&O) is a leading Textile converting company based in New Jersey focused on acquisition growth. We assisted B&O in its valuation, structuring and negotiation in the acquisition. Performance is a great addition to B&O portfolio and expands its product line and customer list. Despite industry headwinds, B&O is growing rapidly and developing into a world class leader in the textile space.
